Below, you'll find links to our Airbnb house rules and checklists for the items available to you. We kindly ask that upon arrival, you review both the rules and checklists to ensure all items are accounted for.
Once you have verified all items, please confirm their accuracy through any of our communication platforms, including Airbnb, Bookings.com, telephone, email, or WhatsApp. Your prompt confirmation is greatly appreciated and ensures we address any concerns promptly. Thank you for your cooperation. We kindly ask you to handle the cutlery and furniture with care. Any damages to these items will incur additional charges.

Checklists

House Rules

  1. Self-Check-In: Self-check-in is facilitated through key boxes at all our apartments.
  2. Check-in is available from 3 pm, and checkouts are scheduled between 10 am to 10:30 am. We kindly request you to thoroughly check that all your belongings are with you during checkout, as we do not provide storage facilities for left items.
  3. Upon departure, please ensure to leave your keys securely within the designated lockbox.
  4. Please be aware that key tags are essential for accessing the clubhouse, gym, and shared office. Safeguard your key tag, as a replacement fee for lost tags amounts to an additional cost of R600.00. Your cooperation is appreciated.
  5. Gas Stove: Kindly utilize the designated fire lighter for the gas stove in the event of load shedding.
  6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

  7. Quiet Hours and Noise Guidelines: Please observe silence between 21h00 and 07h00 from Sunday to Thursday, as well as on public holidays. On Fridays and Saturdays, the quiet period extends from 23h00 to 08h00. We kindly request that you refrain from loud music, excessive revving of cars and motorbikes, fireworks, and any other unreasonable noise that may disturb neighbouring properties and fellow residents.

  8. Respect for Neighbors: In consideration of our residential community, we kindly ask that you respect your neighbors’ peace and privacy.

  9. No Parties or Events: To maintain a quiet and harmonious living environment, there are strictly no parties or events allowed.

  10. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for adhering to all rules. Any violations may result in an additional fees.
  11. Responsible for Breakages: We kindly request guests to report any breakages promptly. Please note that breakages may incur additional charges.
  12. Cleaning Fees: Cleaning services are available at an extra cost. Please keep in mind that regular cleaning is essential to maintain the quality of our accommodations. Please ensure to request cleaning a day prior to when cleaning services are required.

  13. Complimentary Cleaning for Extended Stays: For guests staying for at least 30 days, complimentary cleaning services are provided. Please contact management for further details.

  14. Late Check-Ins: Check-ins after 4 pm can be arranged. Please coordinate with our management to make suitable arrangements.

  15. Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that furry friends are not allowed on the premises due to strict estate rules and regulations.

  16. Refuse Disposal: When disposing of refuse, ensure it is securely wrapped in municipal bins. For items like tins and containers, please drain them completely before disposal. Refrain from placing refuse bags in stairwells, gardens, or on patios. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and tidy environment is highly appreciated.

  17. Parking Guidelines: Kindly park your vehicles and those of your visitors only in designated or provided areas. Bicycles, canoes, or any equipment should not be left on common property without prior written consent.

  18. Patio and Balcony Usage:

    • Patios are intended for patio furniture and outdoor living effects only.
    • Avoid storing aesthetically displeasing or undesirable items on patios and balconies.
    • No visible mops, brooms, appliances, fridges, washing machines, freezers, dustbins, or refuse.
    • Use the provided portable collapsible folding clothes horse for laundry, folding it down after use and storing it inside the unit.
    • Do not hang laundry over balustrades.
    • Charcoal braais are not permitted on upper floor units.
  19. We kindly remind you to remove your makeup before getting into bed to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space for all guests. Please note that any makeup stains on the linens will result in additional charges.
